You are signing up for Keystone Lite, the self-serve edition of RapidInspectionAI Keystone. One plan, billed monthly by invoice, and there is no free trial. We review each request and usually reply within 1 to 2 hours.

How storage is billed

  • Storage is the photos and report PDFs of your projects. 10 GB is included in the plan.
  • We measure your storage once a day. Above 10 GB, you pay €2.00 per extra GB per month (excl. VAT), based on the average of the month’s daily measurements, so a short peak only counts for the days it lasts.
  • Extra storage is rounded up to the next 0.01 GB (1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes) and charged on your next monthly invoice as a separate line.
  • Your Usage page shows your storage and an estimate of the charge, and we email you at 80% and 100% of the included storage. Deleting projects you no longer need frees storage.

Example: your daily average for the month is 13.42 GB. That is 3.42 GB above the included 10 GB, so the charge is 3.42 × €2.00 = €6.84 (excl. VAT).
